By accessing and using the Talentassess platform ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services
Talentassess provides access to professional psychometric assessments and related coaching services through this Platform. All assessments are administered by certified professionals and sourced from internationally recognized publishers.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via credit card (processed by Stripe) or bank transfer.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Assessment access links will be sent to designated participants within 1 business day.
For bank transfer payments, assessment access will be provided after payment is confirmed in our account (typically 1–3 business days).
3. Refund Policy
Non-refundable once the assessment access link has been released: All assessment purchases are non-refundable once the assessment access link has been sent to the participant. As the assessment credit is consumed upon link release, no refunds or exchanges can be processed after this point.
Before assessment link release: If you wish to cancel your order before the assessment access link has been released, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at this stage.

4. Intellectual Property
All assessment content, reports, methodologies, and materials are the intellectual property of their respective publishers and Talentassess. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any assessment materials without prior written consent.
5. Assessment Usage
- Each assessment link is intended for a single, specific individual and is non-transferable
- Participants must complete assessments honestly and independently for valid results
- Assessment results are confidential and will only be shared with authorized recipients designated at the time of purchase
- Results are intended for professional development purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions
6. Limitation of Liability
Talentassess provides assessments and reports as professional development tools. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from the use of our assessments. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Singapore.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
