How It Works
Step 1 — Choose Your Assessment: Browse our catalog of internationally validated assessments from leading publishers including MBTI®, Hogan, DiSC®, Saville Wave, and TKI. Use the Assessment Advisor wizard or AI chat to find the best fit for your needs.
Step 2 — Place Your Order: Add assessments to your cart, specify participant details, and complete your purchase via credit card or bank transfer. You will receive an order confirmation immediately.
Step 3 — Receive Access Links: Within 1 business day, each participant will receive a personalized email with their unique assessment access link and clear instructions.
Step 4 — Complete the Assessment: Participants complete the assessment online at their own pace. Most assessments take between 15–45 minutes.
Step 5 — Get Your Report: Once completed, your professional report is generated and delivered to the designated email address within 1–2 business days.
Expert Debriefing (Optional)
For a deeper understanding of your results, we offer a 1-hour expert debriefing session with one of our certified coaches. During this session, you will:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of your assessment results
- Explore your strengths, blind spots, and development areas
- Receive actionable recommendations tailored to your goals
- Have the opportunity to ask questions in a confidential setting

Are the assessments available in multiple languages?
Many of our assessments are available in multiple languages. Language availability is indicated on each product page.
How long are the assessment links valid?
Assessment links are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Extensions can be arranged upon request.
